Do you need a special license to drive an RV?
Our RVs you do not require a special license to drive them.

Can I travel into Canada in a rental RV?
Yes you can travel into Canada and at no additional charge.

Do you do one-way rentals?
Unfortunately, we cannot do one-way rentals due to having a single location.

Can I tow my vehicle behind the RV?
Our insurance does not allow towing another vehicle behind the RV

Can I tow a trailer behind the RV?
We allow towing on a case by case basis.

How does the insurance work with your rental RVs?
Four Seasons has commercial rental insurance included in the rental price. We have a $1,000 refundable security deposit. This security deposit is our glass and collision deductible. You can also purchase additional liability insurance for $14.95 per day. Purchasing the additional liability insurance you can increase your liability coverage up to a million dollars. We recommend speaking with your personal insurance provider first, to see if your auto policy would cover you and your family in a rental RV.

How new are your RVs?
We are constantly rotating out our units for newer and better units. All within a year or two of being new.

Do you allow smoking in your RVs?
We do not allow smoking in our RVs. If smoked in a minimum of a $150 cleaning fee will be applied.

Do linens and cookware come in the RV?
Our RVs do not come with linens or cookware. If you are flying in we do have a few small kitchen sets available to use.

I am flying into the Syracuse Airport how far away are you?
We are located just 10 minutes away from the airport. Depending on your flight departure and arrival times we can pick you up and drop you off at the airport.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes we can typically deliver within 2 hours of our location. Please include the location you would need the RV to be delivered to when inquiring.

What are your pick up and drop off times?
Our pick up times are typically in the afternoon starting at 1pm with drop off times at 9am. Earlier pick up and late return times might be available depending on the schedule and might be subject to an additional charge.

What days can you pick up and drop off the rental units?
We can do pickups Mondays-Saturdays while RVs can be dropped off 7 days a week.

What electrical voltage do I need at my campsite for the RV?
Our RVs only need 30 amp electric.

Do I need to plug the RV into electricity for everything to work?
No the RV does not need to be plugged in for everything to work. Through a combination of propane, dual house batteries, and a generator all appliances and lighting can be used.

If I have an issue or a problem with the RV outside of business hours who do I call?
We will be available 24 hrs a day to answer questions or problems out on your rental.
